Aspen to VT

Cam and I finally created our blog to keep you posted on where we are during the next 3 months since we will not have our cellphones and most likely won't have time to email everyone individually.  Check out our blog every once in a while to see what we're up to.

We left Aspen on Monday Sept. 7th.  Since our flight out of Denver wasn't until midnight we decided to catch the 1pm Rockies game against The Reds.  Since it was Labor Day we hit a little more traffic than expected and didn't get to the game until half way into the 7th inning! Just enough time to get a beer before they stopped serving after the 7th.  They were losing when we got there and were able to get two runs to win the game by the end of the 8th.  We got some dinner and off to the airport for a smooth ride to good ole' VT.

Lila and Rowan greeted us at the airport at 9:30am on Tuesday and brought us to the Farm.  After a brief tour, we took a long and well deserved nap in the cabbage (for those of you who don't know, it's a little cabin in the woods).

When Marshall got home we went down to the lake for a quick waterski... Cam tried waterskiing for the first time ever and got up!... pictures to come.

More to come later. Apple Festival at the Orchard tomorrow.

  2. I wish you would post a photo, perhaps one with you carving the lake in two on a nice evening. We like jealousy here in Londres.
